Information for Speakers

We always are looking for good speakers and presentations.

Please let us know if you are interested in presenting at one of our conferences.

We would appreciate receiving the following information if you have not already sent it to us:

• Title of your presentation or workshop
• An abstract, description, outline, summary, or paper of your presentation. This need not be lengthy—shorter is better. 
• A curriculum vitae

Our usual policy for our Santa Fe, Hawaii and other conferences in the states, is to waive the registration fee for the speaker and an accompanying person. The costs of transportation, lodging, meals, etc. are the responsibility of the speaker. For the International Conferences, the speaker receives a $1000 discount on the land cost of the trip. The accompanying person does not receive this discount. We occasionally make other arrangements for special workshops.

If you have audio-visual components for your presentation we ask that you use Powerpoint rather than 35 mm slides or overhead projectors.

We require that our speakers not read their papers—but present from memory or from notes.
